  • Federal Employees Combined Federal Campaign:  Pledges made by 46,171 Federal civilian, postal and military employees who work on Long Island, in New York City and in the Westchester/Hudson Valley region can end eliminate homelessness in our region! The campaign season is from September 1st to December 15th to support organizations that provide essential health and human service benefits. The Long Island Coalition for the Homeless Combined Federal Campaign #74651.​

  • New York State Employees Federated Appeal (SEFA): The Long Island Coalition for the Homeless participates in numerous state, county, and municipal employee campaigns. Our SEFA #65-00012

  • Private Company Employees: Long Island Coalition for the Homeless is a choice in the workplace giving campaigns of many local and national companies. Look for us in your employer’s workplace giving campaign or ask your human resources department how to support us.

  • United Way: Many United Way campaigns offer a “write-in” option. Write in our complete name – Long Island Coalition for the Homeless, Inc - with Tax ID/EIN 11-2770718. United Way campaigns vary in their processes and in rules governing the distribution of donations within each local or regional campaign. Check with your Human Resource department for information on how to participate.

  • Workplace Events: Invite the Long Island Coalition for the Homeless participate in your workplace giving event, charity fair or kick-off. Please email Bailey Riekkinen if you would like us to participate in your event.

  • How You Can Help: Coordinate with your executive team to make the Long Island Coalition for the Homeless the "featured charity" at your kick-off event. Then spread the word throughout the company on ways to support the Coalition!
